    1. Seminar tour by APTLD and APNIC (13:16--)
*** I would like to ask YJ to give us more information.
YJ Park reported the meeting held on July 15 evening.
There is a list of speakers.
It is necessary for setting up a list of local contact points.
Future seminar schedule was explained.

    2. ccTLD secretariat (13:48--)
*** I hope Kanchana will send me more specific information.
The proposal was made by AFNIC and AP jointly.
Two people are working for ccTLD secretariat in Thailand.
The database of ccTLD's should be updated.
Major documents are (will be) translated into Spanish and Chinese.

    3. Joint secretariat of AP* (14:00--)
The earlier trial of the joint secretariat did not work properly.
We will continue to operate each secretariat function separately.
It is a "federation" model, not having a central office of AP*.

    4. ICANN At Large Membership (14:22--)
Japan has a large number of applications, and registered members.
Then, Japan should come up with a director candidate who can be called a representative of AP. It is also possible for Japan to
resign from the candidate position to give other AP candidate* a chance to be elected.

    5. ICANN PSO issues (15:29--)
PSO is less active compared to DNSO or ASO.
A comment was made that PSO was created by the following organizations:
Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF), World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), International Telecommunications Union (ITU) and European
Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI). If AP should participate strongly in PSO, we should go through an organization
mentioned above.

    6. APRICOT (16:07--)
The next APRICOT will be held in KL from Feb 26 to Mar 2.
The WEB page http://www.apricot2001.net/ was set up.
The local organizer is PIKOM, Malaysia.
APRICOT ExCom will have a meeting on July 18, in Yokohama.

    7. Future APSTAR retreat (16:35--)
The next meeting will be held at AIT, Thailand, on Oct 20 and 21.
The coming meeting will be open.
